Returns/Cancellation

Plantation Shutters - As your plantation shutters are custom-made to your specifications, it is not possible to return them.  If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before you have confirmed your drawings.

Replacement louvres - These are cut to the specific width you require and therefore cannot be returned.

Shutter Parts/Components - If you need to return a product purchased from Shutterplus, please do so within 7 working days. The returned goods must be in an unused and re-saleable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. Postage to be paid by you, the customer.

Please note, return of PolyTherm components will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Please ensure you have contacted us for your returns reference number beforehand, otherwise we cannot process your request.

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. Email or telephone us on 0808 189 0014.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Carriers

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Parcels are delivered mainly via Parcelforce & UPS Standard courier service, however we may also use Royal Mail 1st Class for smaller packages.

The shipping charge indicated during the checkout process includes the cost of shipping, packing and any other associated costs.

We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Shutterplus shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Force Majuere

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including acts of god, fire, flood, severe weather, explosions, war (whether declared or not), acts of terrorism or acts of local or central Government or of any other competent authorities.
