Measure & Installation Service

You Order - Design & Buy your new shutters online. Expert assistance will be provided by us if required.
We Measure - After receiving your order, our professional Shutterplus installers will be in touch to arrange to call and accurately measure on a day and time that suits you.
We Make - Once confirmed, your order is sent for production.
We Install - The same installer who measured, will return to professionally fit your new shutters at the arranged time.

Is measuring & installation included in your 3 for 2 offer?

Yes it is. As long as you are located in an area which we cover, you can have 3 shutters measured, made and installed for the price of 2.

How does the installation process work?

Once your order arrives into us, we will contact you to arrange installation on a day and time that suits you. For our Irish customers, the installer will your order with them while UK customers will receive their order in advance of our installer arriving.

If after having placed my order and had a measuring survey completed, I decide not to proceed, can I get a full refund?

We will refund you your payment less a callout charge of £45/€50.

Is the measure & install service available on your express PolyTherm shutters?

Not at the moment, but we hope to include this in the near future.

Your shutter prices are much lower than other suppliers I've checked. What's the catch?

There aren't any catches when you buy your new shutters from Shutterplus. We only sell shutters made from premium quality materials, manufactured to our exacting standards. We pass on the large savings we make on shipping costs by waiting on vacant capacity onboard vessels (spot rates), rather than booking more expensive space in advance, so you may have to wait a week or two longer than other online suppliers, but we think you'll agree, the significant savings you make are worth the wait!
